May we take this opportunity to introduce ATELIER SCREEN PRINT LTD.
We set up in a small industrial unit in Aston Birmingham. Some of our first orders came from a company called Spider Clocks, they were selling wooden clocks with a screen printed face which we produced for them. The first screen was a homemade version, but this got us started in the screen printing industry (photo on left)
From
these humble beginnings the business started to grow which required
more and more space. It was decided to move into a larger unit in
Birmingham city centre, where there were far more opportunities to
develop the business. In 1986 it was decided that the company
should go 'Limited' so we became
ATELIER SCREEN PRINT LTD.
We then
secured two large contracts with the Co-Op and H Samuels the
jewellers. This meant we could expand the business and employ more
people including an additional screen printer and a graphic artist.
As the work load increased we bought a Semi-automatic printing
machine which meant we could speed up our production time, so that
customers got a quicker turnaround time on their
orders.
We then secured a contract for a county wide car warranty company, producing most of their point of sale material including pricing visors and headboards. This led us to distributing their point of sale material to all their customers and representatives accross the uk.
Then in 2013 we relocated the whole company to our present location in KIDDERMINSTER, and continued to go from strength to strength, doing a variety of different item's for local councils, manufacturing companies and football clubs countrywide.
We still strive to offer our customers a first class service.
